As part of our Relevance-X Social solution launch, we recorded a live presentation titled "Social Media by the Numbers" with Forrester's David Daniels and Acxiom VPs who explain more about the solution. You can download the recording at the following link: http://tinyurl.com/ybjq3qq or you can download our whitepaper, "Engaging Consumers With Direct Social Media Marketing" at http://tinyurl.com/y9k3ntr. I hope that helps!

The Acxiom product sounds more like fluffy vaporware... I agree the detail on the Acxiom site has always been vague.

If you find out it has any real meat to it, let us know. I have a bunch of clients who would love to use a good data product in the social media space.

I'm sure this is going to be a very cool product from Acxiom. When I worked in the Acxiom PR department, one of the products I worked on was the Relevance-X ad network. Amazing technology and knowledge over at that place!!
